A friend of mine, Claire, hosts open mics via Zoom every month, and her next one is February 24th! She is a wonderful coach and writer in the UK, and I know you’ll enjoy this.
“Whatever it is that you write, and regardless of who it’s for, it’s sometimes nice to share it. Reading out loud can be scary – yes, but this session is all about support and encouragement and celebrating having a go. If there’s time and you want it, feedback can be requested. But it’s primarily a fun evening sharing our writing with each other, just because we can.”

Event: Mindful Self-Compassion Core Skills Training
February 16, 19, 23 and 26, 2021
Kristen Neff, Ph.D. and Christopher Germer, Ph.D. are leading an online training on the Core Skills for Mindful Self-Compassion, over four half-day sessions. Activities will include short talks, meditation, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices. They aim for participants to experience self-compassion and learn how to use it in everyday life.
