In coaching together we explore, lead with curiosity and take bold steps in service of a life well-lived. Our coaching space is incredibly non-judgmental, and I hold all of my clients to be naturally creative, resourceful and whole. You are not broken, and you don't need anyone to "fix" you. From this foundation of respect and trust, we are really able to pose powerful questions, and create a vision of what flourishing looks like for you whether it's at work, in your leadership, or in your personal life. You are a whole person so it's all relevant. 

My coaching philosophy is to hold the bigger vision of my client's lives with them, and lead with curiosity to tap into their sense of purpose and agency. I will challenge you to take bold steps in the name of fulfillment, and will partner with you to make it happen.

My Style as a Professional Coach

My top strengths are zest, honesty and courage. My core values are aliveness, connection, and adventure.

In coaching I bring all of this to my work with my clients. I fiercely take a stand for the bigger vision of my clients in who they are, and what they want for their lives. A client once told me that I lead with warmth and banter, and with this connection, am able to really ask the bold questions and challenge my clients to take bold steps to greater engagement and fulfillment. I love that description.

I believe that life is meant to be lived. I really enjoy working with people to define what that means for them, and to take the sometimes radical steps to play a bigger game and truly engage with the world.

This could be greater awareness of their impact as a leader at their company and stepping into the next level of impact, emotional awareness, and engagement with others. Or, it could be taking steps to create your own company and chart your own path, or navigate your professional career and develop as a rising leader.

My clients are all over the world, and this works great as all our coaching is done over the phone. My clients live in places like Dubai, Shanghai, Berlin, Singapore, Barbados, Dublin, London, Rome, and many more. All you need is cell reception and a notepad, and we're set to go.
