The International Coach Federation (ICF) provides three levels of accreditation based on training and coaching hours. The application process includes training hours, coaching hours, a video recording of a coaching session, a written exam, and Mentor Coaching. Overwhelmed? Mentor Coaching
In Mentor Coaching, we review recordings of your coaching sessions, and work on aligning your coaching to the ICF credentialing requirements. Do you ever get stuck in a coaching session, are not quite sure what to ask or say next, and wish you could phone a friend for advice? This is essentially that. In Mentor Coaching, we work together to improve your coaching, as well as your confidence around coaching.
